My Second Innings

I am living
my Second Innings too.

I spent 18 years in corporate roles, including Yahoo, Vodafone, Airtel and Sony Ericsson. Then I left. Built businesses. Made expensive mistakes.

I got trapped in my own versions of the Learning Prison. Then I discovered AI, and learned that AI without clarity can create more confusion, not less.

Today I build alongside experienced professionals and founders who are planning to start a business or have already started a business.

I am still learning and building too. This is the path my experience taught me, and the one I share with you.

Yes. If you are planning to start a business, you can begin with clarity while you are still in your job. Your experience is the starting point.

I have already started a business. Do I need to start again?

No. The same five-step path helps you notice what needs attention. You may need to strengthen Clarity, AI, Launch or Systems, or be ready to grow through Ecosystems. Start where your business is stuck.

Is this only for coaches and consultants?

No. Second innings founders build product businesses, services, professional practices and businesses around their expertise. The path applies across different kinds of work.

I am not technical. Can I keep up?

No technical background is needed. Start with what you know about your work. In the Launch Room, you can simply listen, reflect and find your next step.

What if I have tried courses and got stuck?
